Lorena Rivas is a nationally recognized immigration attorney and the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants. Born and raised in Mutual, Oklahoma, she built Rivas & Associates into one of the fastest growing immigration law firms in the country. Her team is 150 strong, majority women, and represents families across the United States.
She also founded Colegio de Sueños, an initiative offering ESL and U.S. citizenship classes to immigrant families pursuing stability here. In 2025, her firm helped block Oklahoma's anti-immigrant House Bill 4156. The mission she carries into every case is simple: Empoderando Inmigrantes, Construyendo Futuros.
Her work has been recognized with the Fern Holland Human Rights Award and a Super Lawyers selection. Inc. Magazine named her to its Female Founders 200. To the communities she serves, she's just Abogada Lorena.
